Joining HETAS as Head of Operations in 2020, Erica was brought on board to manage the complexities of our organisation, making it more agile, prepared for change and better equipped for growth. With almost two decades of experience in strategic management positions, Erica takes a positive approach to problem-solving, encouraging and empowering our people to ask questions and see opportunities to overcome issues. In turn, this supports the open culture we’ve developed at HETAS, and improves the transfer of information and knowledge sharing throughout the business, ensuring that we can develop and deliver quality services and solutions for the industry.
