With Prompt Payer busier than ever with recovering members’ debts, it is no surprise the Criminal court backlog figures for April this year have been published, showing 58,271 outstanding cases in the Crown Court compared to 57,870 the month earlier.

HETAS signs up to the Prompt Payment Code

HETAS has now signed up to The Prompt Payment Code (PPC). The Code is a voluntary code of practice for businesses, administered by the Office of the Small Business Commissioner (SBC) on behalf of BEIS.
